1. Digital Products Cannot Be Returned
All products sold on GCWSTORE are digital e-codes. Since digital codes cannot be physically returned or deactivated after being revealed, we do not accept returns for:
- Razer Gold PIN / Razer PIN
- PUBG UC vouchers
- Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Google Play, iTunes cards
- Mobile top-up codes
- Any other digital gift cards or vouchers
2. 1-Year Gift Card Warranty
GCWSTORE provides a 1-year warranty on all digital codes purchased from our store. This warranty covers:
- Invalid or non-working codes
- Codes showing “Already redeemed” on first use
- Region issues (if the correct region was selected on product page)
If your code does not work, we will verify and replace it free of charge within 1 year.
3. When Refunds Are Allowed
Although digital products are normally non-refundable, GCWSTORE may offer refunds in the following cases:
- The code is invalid AND a replacement is not available
- Payment completed but product could not be delivered
- Duplicate orders caused by system issues
Refund method:
- Card (Stripe): Refunded to the original card
- Crypto (USDT): Refunded to your wallet after verification
4. No Refund for the Following
- Wrong region purchased by customer
- Incorrect crypto wallet address
- Change of mind after code delivery
- Redeeming with VPN causing region lock
- Account bans after redeeming the code
5. Crypto Payment Policy
For USDT (TRC20/BEP20) payments:
- Send exactly the required amount
- Customer pays network gas fees
- Underpayment may delay order
- Overpayment may require manual review
Crypto refunds are available only if:
- The product is not delivered
- The code fails and no replacement is available
6. Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered instantly or within 5–30 minutes. Delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Manual verification
- Blockchain confirmation times
